Shipping Policies
We Do Not Offer International Shipping At This Time
While we do not offer international shipping at this time, it is a planned service in the near future. Please stay tuned as we develop the best strategy to get our products to you, worldwide, in the most efficient and safe method possible.
Shipments Within The United States
All orders will be charged $7.99 for shipping.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. We ship orders Monday-Saturday. If you order on Sunday, it will ship on Monday.
For example, if you place an order Tuesday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.
Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac as a carrier.
Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Standard
- Delivers in 3 to 8 business days after shipment (most of the time, but delays can happen).
Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $20.00 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, act quickly! We process orders extremely quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
PO Boxes
Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.
APO
APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.
Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.

Hazardous Items
Items designated as hazardous (such as batteries and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.
Oversize Items
Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.
Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. If you absolutely need a signature request, please email support@volaertus.com before placing your order.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please email support@volaertus.com immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Volaertus will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
